The National Birds of Latin America

Who are the national birds of Latin America? 

Below is a list of the national birds from all of the Latin American Countries. Including the national birds of the following Latin American countries: Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuadador, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Peru, Chile, Guyana, and Haiti. Most species in the list are officially designated. Some species hold only an “unofficial” status.

National Bird Day takes place every year on January 5 in the United States and was inspiration for this blog post.
