Minnesota Community Care is the state’s largest federally qualified health center providing affordable, high-quality, accessible clinical care and public health services to patients regardless of income, insurance, or immigration status. Minnesota Community Care services are available in Spanish.
Free health services for teens (ages 11-22) at St. Paul Public Schools: AGAPE, Central, Como, Creative Arts, Gordon Parks, Harding, Highland, Humboldt, Johnson, and Washington Technology.
