Malberis Baldallo, is a versatile, detailed, so very sweet lady, she is the owner of Orquídea Artisan Bakery. Orquídea Artisan Bakery is in Eden Praire. She specializes in homemade goods with tropical and local flavors.
Malberis makes the prettiest and yummiest desserts we have tasted in a while. We got the pleasure to taste a cake that was an original Orquídea Artisan Bakery’s version of the classic Spanish nougat with caramel cake (Turron de nueces y dulce de leche) and we can personally say that this cake was not only beautiful on the outside with a very pretty texture but the inside was sweet and scrumptious. She also offers a Piña Colada cake that would be perfect for a for a 21st birthday celebration! We also tasted a passion fruit pie (Pastel de Maracuya) that makes you feel as if you were in a tropical island, having dessert spoon feed to you by a sexy Latin lover!
Lastly, for all my wellness warriors she also offers gluten free and low sugar options. Delivery is also an option for an additional charge. Orquídea Artisan Bakery will be a perfect addition to anyone’s celebration, if you are still looking for a thanksgiving dessert, or special anniversary do not hesitate to reach out to her.
